All assets (both immovable and movable), records, liabilities, and obligations of the former annex are transferred to the newly created independent school.
The rights, positions, and security of tenure of personnel employed at the annex are protected under existing laws and shall not be impaired as a result of the separation.

Appropriation of Funds for Implementation and Operation

The initial funding required for implementing the Act shall come from the current year's appropriations allocated to the EM's Signal Village Elementary School Annex.
