  • The rights, positions, and security of tenure of personnel employed at the annex are protected under existing laws and shall not be impaired as a result of the separation.

Appropriation of Funds for Implementation and Operation

  • The initial funding required for implementing the Act shall come from the current year's appropriations allocated to the EM's Signal Village Elementary School Annex.
  • Future funding for the operation and maintenance of the Kapitan Jose Cardones Memorial Elementary School will be incorporated into the annual General Appropriations Act.

Effectivity

  • The Act takes effect immediately upon approval by the President of the Philippines.
