Effectivity and Publication

  • The law shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication either in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
  • The law lapsed into effect on May 29, 2022, without the signature of the President, pursuant to the constitutional provision under Article VI, Section 27 (1).
