Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel assigned to the former Agik-ik Extension are officially transferred to the new Agik-ik Elementary School.
- Assets, liabilities, and official records pertaining to the Agik-ik Extension are also transferred and absorbed by the newly established school.
Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Agik-ik Elementary School in the Department of Education's programs.
- Initial funding for the school’s establishment and operations shall come from the current year’s appropriations allocated previously for the Datu Danwata Elementary School - Agik-ik Extension.
- Subsequent funding necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be provided through the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Education is required to promulgate the implementing rules and regulations within sixty (60) days from the approval of the Act.
- These rules will govern the practical application and administration of the law's provisions.
Effectivity and Publication
- The law shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication either in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
- The law lapsed into effect on May 29, 2022, without the signature of the President, pursuant to the constitutional provision under Article VI, Section 27 (1).
