Legislative districts created for Bukidnon
- Section 1 provides that the Province of Bukidnon shall have four (4) legislative districts to commence in the next national and local elections after effectivity of the Act.
- The FIRST LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT consists of Baungon; Libona; Malitbog; Manolo Fortich; Sumilao; and Talakag (Section 1).
- The SECOND LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT consists of Malaybalay City; Impasugong; Cabanglasan; Lantapan; and San Fernando (Section 1).
- The THIRD LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT consists of Kadingilan; Damulog; Dangcagan; Don Carlos; Maramag; Kibawe; Kitaotao; and Quezon (Section 1).
- The FOURTH LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT consists of Valencia City; Kalilangan; and Pangantucan (Section 1).
Incumbent representatives during transition
- Section 2 requires that the incumbent Representatives of Bukidnon continue to represent their respective districts.
- Incumbent representation continues until the new Representatives shall have been elected and qualified (Section 2).
Implementation rules by the Commission on Elections
- Section 3 directs the Commission on Elections to issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement Republic Act No. 10184.
Repeal of inconsistent laws
- Section 4 repeals, amends, or modifies accordingly all laws, rules and regulations that are inconsistent with Republic Act No. 10184.
