Reapportionment of Agusan del Norte districts
- The Province of Agusan del Norte is reapportioned into two legislative districts:
- (a) the Lone Legislative District of the City of Butuan; and
- (b) a legislative district consisting of the City of Cabadbaran and the municipalities of Las Nieves, Buenavista, Carmen, Jabonga, Kitcharao, Magallanes, Nasipit, Remedios T. Romuladez, Santiago and Tubay.
- The reapportionment takes effect in the 2025 national and local elections.
Incumbent members’ continuity of representation
- Incumbent Representatives of the First and Second Legislative Districts of the Province of Agusan del Norte continue to represent their respective legislative districts until the expiration of their term of office.
COMELEC implementation rules
- The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement Republic Act No. 11714.
Repeal of inconsistent laws and effect on existing rules
- All laws, rules and regulations inconsistent with Republic Act No. 11714 are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
