Effectivity and publication rule
- Section 3 provides that the Act takes effect upon its approval on April 8, 2001.
Repeal or modification of inconsistent issuances
- Section 2 deems any law, ordinance, administrative order, designation, or identification that is inconsistent with Republic Act No. 9100 repealed or modified accordingly.
