Increase of Municipalities in Laguna to 21

Section 1 requires that the former municipality of San Pedro Tunasan be separated from the present municipality of BiAan to create an additional municipality.

Section 2 requires that a municipal election in the reconstituted municipality of San Pedro Tunasan shall be held at the time of the next regular municipal elections in the Province of La Laguna.
