Exclusions from Coverage

  • Local Government Units to fund through their respective funds, subject to provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991.
  • Government-owned or -controlled corporations will charge the cost against their corporate funds.

Legal Clauses

  • Separability Clause: Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remainder of the law.

Effectivity
