The Supreme Court is responsible for assigning the official branch numbers to these newly created RTC branches.

Implementation and Funding

The Chief Justice, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall promptly incorporate the provisions of this Act into the Court’s implementation program.
Funding for the new branches shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Release of funds for the operation of these courts is conditional upon the actual organization of the courts and appointment of personnel.

Amendments to Existing Laws

Section 14(c) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980), as amended, is modified or repealed as necessary to accommodate the changes introduced by this Act.
Any other inconsistent provisions with this Act are likewise repealed, modified, or amended accordingly.

Effectivity

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication.
Publication must be done either in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.
