Assignment of Branch Number
- The Supreme Court is mandated to assign the specific branch number for the newly created RTC branch.
Implementation and Funding
- The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall integrate the organization and operation of this new court branch into the Court’s program immediately.
- Funding for the RTC branch shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
- Release of funds is contingent upon the actual organization of the court and appointment of its personnel.
Amendments to Prior Laws
- Section 14(e) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980), as amended, along with any other provisions inconsistent with this Act, are repealed, modified, or further amended accordingly.
Effectivity and Publication
- The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
