Location of the Engineering District Office
- The office shall be physically located in Natubleng, Municipality of Buguias, Benguet Province.
Transfer of Assets and Records
- Authorizes the Secretary of DPWH to transfer relevant records, property, equipment, supplies, and materials from the first engineering district to the newly created second engineering district.
Appropriations and Funding
- Designates that funding necessary for the operation and implementation of the second engineering district shall be included in the General Appropriations Act for the fiscal year following the law's enactment and in subsequent years.
Effectivity of the Act
- The law takes effect immediately upon its approval by the President.

- The Act was initiated in the House of Representatives and eventually approved by both Houses of Congress (House and Senate) on specified dates, then signed into law by the President of the Philippines.
