- Section 2 directs the school to offer technical and vocational courses.

Transfer of Assets, Personnel, and Records
- Section 3 transfers and absorbs all assets (fixed and movable), personnel, and records of the Ormoc City High School and its facilities to the Ormoc City School of Arts and Trade.
- Section 3 preserves the employment of personnel by providing that personnel employed under existing laws prior to absorption by the Ormoc City School of Arts and Trade are not impaired.
- Section 3 provides that all incumbents remain in the same status until otherwise provided for by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Repeal and Effectivity
- Section 6 repeals, amends, or modifies all laws, decrees, executive orders, and other issuances (or parts thereof) inconsistent with the Act.
- Section 7 provides that the Act takes effect upon its approval.
