Transfer of Assets and Liabilities

Appropriations and Funding

  • The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the Isaac Lopez Integrated School in the Department of Education's operational program immediately.
  • Initial funding for the integrated school shall come from the current year's appropriations allocated previously to the Isaac Lopez Elementary School.
  • Subsequent funding for the integrated school shall be incorporated into the annual General Appropriations Act.

Implementation and Regulation

  • The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue and promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.

Effectivity

  • This Act shall become effective immediately upon its approval and signing into law.
