Transfer of Assets and Liabilities

All existing personnel from the Isaac Lopez Elementary School shall be transferred to and absorbed by the newly created Isaac Lopez Integrated School.
All assets, liabilities, and records previously under the Isaac Lopez Elementary School are also transferred to the Isaac Lopez Integrated School.

Appropriations and Funding

The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the Isaac Lopez Integrated School in the Department of Education's operational program immediately.
Initial funding for the integrated school shall come from the current year's appropriations allocated previously to the Isaac Lopez Elementary School.
Subsequent funding for the integrated school shall be incorporated into the annual General Appropriations Act.

Implementation and Regulation

The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue and promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.

Effectivity

This Act shall become effective immediately upon its approval and signing into law.
