Financial Provisions
- Society entitled to receive one-half of all fines collected from violations of animal cruelty laws through its efforts.
- These funds must be used to promote the society’s objectives.
Principal and Branch Offices
- Principal office located in Manila.
- Empowered to establish branch offices anywhere in the Philippines.
- Branch offices operate under supervision and control of the principal office.
Reporting Requirements
- Annual report of all transactions must be filed with the Civil Governor of the Philippines by July 1 each year.
Enactment and Effectivity
- The law’s passage was expedited for public good.
- The Act took effect upon its passage on January 19, 1905.
