Appointment and Role of Lieutenant-Governor of Abra

  • Funds are appropriated from the Insular Treasury to pay outstanding salaries, wages, debts to Insular Purchasing Agent, and other liabilities except for a 6,000-peso loan from the Congressional relief fund.
  • The 6,000-peso loan for public school construction remains and will be assumed by Ilocos Sur under prior terms.

Repeal of Conflicting Laws

  • Act No. 206 and other laws conflicting with this Act are repealed.

Expedite Provision

  • The Act's passage is expedited for the public good per prescribed procedures.

Effectivity

  • The Act takes effect on April 1, 1905.
