Voting Rights in Provincial Elections

Voters of the City of Santiago retain the right to vote in elections for the Province of Isabela.
This includes elections for the Provincial Governor, Vice Governor, Sangguniang Panlalawigan members, and other elective provincial positions.
Qualified voters in the City of Santiago may also run as candidates for these provincial elective offices.

Repealing Clause

All prior laws or parts of laws that contradict this Act are modified or repealed to avoid inconsistencies.

Effectivity Clause

The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval.
