Age Limit and Termination of Office

The maximum age limit to hold the office of provincial fiscal, city fiscal, or their assistants is sixty-five years.
Any incumbent over sixty-five as of December 31, 1932, is required to vacate the office.

Compensation and Office Expenses

Salaries and all expenses related to the office of the provincial fiscal are to be borne by the province or provinces served.

Appointment of Support Staff

Clerks, interpreters, and other subordinate personnel are appointed and compensated similarly to employees in other provincial offices.

Assistant Provincial Fiscals in Ilocos Sur

The Province of Ilocos Sur is authorized to have six assistant provincial fiscals.
