Authority to Reclassify Tree Groups
- The Director of Forestry holds discretionary power to change the classification of any tree species.
- Changes must be made by public order or regulation.
- Approval from the head of the Department is required for any such changes.
- Reevaluation or change of classification cannot occur more frequently than once every three years.
- The three-year interval is counted from the date of the last classification change order or regulation.
Effectivity Clause
- This amendment shall become effective immediately upon approval by the proper authorities.
