Close Season Declaration and Its Implementation

- Such declaration is made upon the recommendation of the Director of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, in cooperation with the Provincial Governor or City Mayor.
- The close season takes into account the spawning period of the species and the need for conservation and ecological balance.
