Updates to Annex "Aa" – Articles Granted 90% Margin of Preference
- Lists specific imported products with tariff classification (HS Code), applicable duty rates, Margin of Preference, and AIJV Preferential Tariff rates:
- Chocolate dragees (HS Code ex 1909.90 00) with duty rates initially at 50%, a 50% MOP, and reduced preferential tariffs starting from 5.0%.
- Soya-based milk powder (HS Code 1901.90 10) with duty of 10%, 90% MOP, and lowered preferential tariffs of 1.0%.
- Chocolate wafers (HS Code ex 1905.30 00) starting at 40% duty, 80% MOP, with preferential tariff rates decreasing from 4.0% to 3.0% over time.
- Non-dairy creamer (HS Code ex 2106.90 90) initially at 40% duty, 90% MOP, and preferential tariff rates gradually decreasing from 4.0% to 3.0%.
- The Annex reflects phased tariff reductions across specified dates from November 1993 through July 1995.
