Salary Structure for Judges of First Instance and Related Personnel
- Judges of First Instance receive annual salaries based on judicial district classifications:
- ₱10,000 for judges in the 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd, and 26th districts.
- ₱9,000 for judges in the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 8th, 18th, 21st, and 28th districts.
- ₱8,000 for judges in other districts and Auxiliary Judges of First Instance.
- The Clerk of the Supreme Court is allotted a salary of ₱6,000 annually.
Effectivity
- The provisions of this Act take effect immediately upon approval on November 28, 1930.
