  • Original and copy of Investment Permit from Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
  • Original and copy of certification of business registration and current official receipt when operating "Heavy" motor vehicle.
  • The test drive vehicle must be the one used during practical examination, affecting the restriction code.

Supersession and Compliance

  • All previous circulars, orders, memoranda, rules, regulations or issuances conflicting with these guidelines are superseded.
  • Strict compliance with these amended guidelines is mandated.
