Pension for Dependents
- Dependents entitled to a pension include the veteran's wife and unmarried minor children under eighteen years of age.
- The pension for each qualifying dependent is set at thirty pesos per month.
- Dependents actually receiving a similar pension from other government funds are excluded from receiving this additional pension.
Medical and Hospitalization Benefits
- Veterans covered under this law are entitled to necessary hospitalization and medical care in addition to their pension.
Appropriation of Funds
- An amount of three million five hundred thousand pesos (₱3,500,000) is authorized to be appropriated from the National Treasury.
- This appropriation is supplemental to current appropriations and intended to support the implementation of the increased pensions and benefits.
Effectivity of the Law
- The law shall take effect immediately upon its approval, ensuring that eligible veterans and their dependents receive the increased pension without delay.
