Funding Provisions and Expense Management
- All expenses related to the program, including tuition fees, stipends for teacher trainees, and development and training activities abroad for faculty and special education staff, are to be charged against the program's funds.
- The Director of Public Schools is designated to disburse these funds.
- Importantly, expenditures on development and training abroad are capped at ten percent of the total appropriation for the program under Republic Act No. 5250.
