Restrictions on Transfer, Lease, or Assignment of Franchise

  • Such entities are also subject to existing or future corporation laws of the Philippines.

  • Sections thirteen and fourteen of Republic Act Numbered Five Hundred Thirteen, as amended, are repealed by this Act.
