Reconstitution and Boundary Modifications
- Specific barrios (Dalhogan, Bagong Sirang, Maagnas, Ayugao, Pagsangahan, Pili, Cagnipa, Baligian, Bulalacao, Bitaogan, Buenavista, Lagha, Liwacsa, and Parubcan) are separated from the Municipality of Lagonoy.
- These barrios are combined to form a new and independent municipality named Presentacion.
- The seat of government is established at the site of the former Barrio Parubcan.
- Sitios Lamon and Malobago, originally part of Barrio Adiagnao in San Jose, are confirmed to remain with the municipality of San Jose.
- Barrio Panicuan is reverted to the Municipality of Lagonoy to clarify jurisdictional boundaries.
- The Panicuan River is designated as the natural boundary between Presentacion and Lagonoy municipalities.
Effectivity and Legislative Process
- The Act shall take effect immediately upon approval.
- Notably, the law was enacted without the Executive's approval on June 21, 1969.
