New capitol site selection procedure
- Section 2 authorizes the President of the Philippines to select the new capitol site within the locality identified in Section 1.
- Section 2 requires the President’s selection to be made upon recommendation.
- Section 2 mandates a Committee to be composed of:
- the Director, National Urban Planning Commission as Chairman,
- the district engineer,
- the provincial assessor,
- the provincial auditor,
- the provincial treasurer,
- the provincial commander, and
- the division superintendent of schools.
- Section 2 limits the selection location to the locality mentioned in Section one.
Title amendment and scope effect
