Election, Qualifications, and Salary of the Vice-Mayor

  • The Vice-Mayor is elected in the same manner as the Mayor.

  • Has charge of the police department.
  • Receives salary not exceeding 7,200 pesos annually.

Chief of Secret Service Compensation

  • Receives a salary not exceeding 3,600 pesos per annum.

Chief of Fire Department: Powers, Duties, and Salary

  • Heads the fire department.
  • Salary not exceeding 6,000 pesos annually.

Powers and Duties of the City Assessor

  • Heads the department of assessment and receives a salary not exceeding 6,000 pesos per annum.
  • Has an assistant receiving up to 4,800 pesos annually.
