Supervision and Control of Quarantine and Detention Stations

All Quarantine Stations and Detention Stations currently operated by the Bureau of Quarantine, including the Manila Quarantine Station, shall be placed under the direct supervision and control of the Director of Quarantine.

Repeal and Revival of Previous Statutory Provisions

Paragraph five of Reorganization Plan No. 13-A is repealed.
Section four of Republic Act Numbered 123 is revived in place of the repealed paragraph.

Effectivity of the Act

The amendments and provisions stated in this Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
