Hearing Examiners and Prosecutors

  • One Chief Hearing Examiner and one Assistant Chief Hearing Examiner; qualifications same as provincial fiscals.

Examining and Accounting Division

  • Division Chief and Assistant Chief of Examining Division.
  • Division Chief Accountant, Senior Corporation Auditing Examiner, Senior Accountant, Corporation Auditing Examiners, Clerk-Bookkeeper at specified salaries.

Appointment Procedures and Approvals

  • All appointments made by the presiding judge shall be subject to the approval of the Secretary of Justice.
  • The presiding judge may appoint other necessary officers and technical staff in compliance with the Civil Service Law, subject to Secretary of Justice approval.

Salary Adjustments and Continuity of Personnel

  • Incumbent Clerk of Court and other court personnel shall receive salary increases under the Act without the need for reappointment.
  • No incumbent shall be removed or demoted due to the Act unless lacking qualifications, reappointed to another suitable position, or removed for cause with due process.

Funding and Effectivity

  • Appropriations necessary to implement the Act shall be provided from the National Treasury and other funding sources.
  • The Act takes effect on July 1, 1965.
