Amendment of Existing Laws

Section 14(j) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, known as the Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980, as amended, is modified to effectuate the creation of these additional RTC branches.
Any laws, rules, or regulations inconsistent with this Act are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly.

Effectivity Clause

The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication.
Publication must be in the Official Gazette or in at least two newspapers of general circulation.
