Assignment of Branch Numbers

The Supreme Court is tasked with assigning branch numbers to each of the newly created RTC branches.

Implementation and Funding

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall coordinate with the Secretary of the Department of Justice for the immediate implementation of the Act.
Funding for the operation of these new courts must be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Release of funds is conditional upon the actual organization of the courts and the appointment of its personnel.

Amendments to Existing Laws

Section 14(e) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980), as amended, is repealed, modified, or further amended as necessary to accommodate this Act.
Any other inconsistent provisions related to the judiciary reorganization are similarly altered to conform with the creation of these new courts.

Effectivity of the Act

The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in either the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.
