Creation of 3 RTC branches in Bacolod City

Section 1 creates three (3) additional branches of the Regional Trial Court to be stationed in the City of Bacolod, in the Province of Negros Occidental, in the Sixth Judicial Region.
The newly created branches are established as additional RTC branches within the Sixth Judicial Region for Bacolod City.

Section 2 requires the Supreme Court to assign the branch numbers of the newly created RTC branches in the Sixth Judicial Region.

Section 3 directs the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, to immediately include the operationalization of the additional RTC branches in the Court’s program.
Section 3 provides that the funding for the operationalization must be included in the Annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3 mandates that funds necessary for the operation of the courts created are to be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the courts and the appointment of its personnel.

Section 4 amends Section 14 (g) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, titled “The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980,” as amended.
Section 4 also provides that all other laws, executive orders, and rules and regulations inconsistent with Republic Act No. 10715 are amended, repealed or modified accordingly.
