Operationalization and Funding
- The Chief Justice, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, must include the operationalization of these three new branches in the Court’s program promptly.
- Funding for these branches will be incorporated into the annual General Appropriations Act.

Amendments to Previous Law
- Section 27 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980), as amended, is likewise amended to incorporate these changes.
- Other laws, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly to harmonize with this law.
Effectivity
- The Act becomes effective fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation, ensuring public notice and transparency.
