Psychological Screening and Evaluation Procedures

  • Psychological screening and evaluation are components of the Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) as per Annex-K of the Administrative Order.
  • The evaluation includes multiple methods, such as:
    • Interview
    • Autobiography
    • 16 Personality Factors Test (16 PF Test) or Basic Personality Inventory (BPI)
    • Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices (RSPM), Purdue Non-Language Test (PNLT), or Bender Gestalt Visual Motor Test

Scope and Continuity

  • All other provisions of Administrative Order No. 2013-0006, aside from the specified amendments, remain effective and enforceable.
  • The amendment clarifies and expands the guidelines related to psychological screening for migrant workers and overseas Filipinos as governed by the DOH under the Omnibus Rules and Regulations Implementing the Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 10022.
