Policy and purpose of the change
- The proclamation states the prime duty of government is to protect the state from external and internal aggression.

- Lot 3 covers an approximate area of TWENTY ONE THOUSAND EIGHTY FOUR AND 6/100 (21,084.06) square meters, more or less, and is described by metes-and-bounds starting from point “I” on plan and ending at the “point of beginning.”
- Lot 4 covers an approximate area of NINETY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIVE (90,605) square meters, more or less, and is described by metes-and-bounds starting from point “I” on plan and ending at the “point of beginning.”
