Rights and Allowances of New Board Members

  • The Philippine Ports Authority General Manager and the Maritime Industry Authority Administrator, or their duly designated alternates, become regular members of the respective boards.
  • They shall be entitled to receive per diems and allowances as authorized by law for their service on the boards.

Immediate Effectivity

  • The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon its promulgation.
  • Signed in Manila on March 16, 1982, by President Ferdinand E. Marcos.
