- Registration and filing of powers of attorney, letters of administration or testamentary, appointment of guardians, receivers, trustees, corporate articles, resolutions, and similar documents carry a 20-peso fee.
- Annotations on certificates of title related to these documents cost an additional 5 pesos per certificate.
- Revocations of these documents incur a 5-peso registration fee and 3 pesos for annotations per certificate.
Specialized Annotations and Transfers
- Annotations for tax liens, loss notices, address changes, and cancellations are 5 pesos per certificate.
- Carry-over of annotations from one title to another costs 5 pesos per memorandum.
- Fees for additional copies of titles or memos on these copies are 5 pesos each.
Registration Fees Based on Consideration Value
- Registration fees for deeds involving various transactions (e.g., sales, conveyances, mortgages, leases) are calculated based on the value of the consideration according to a graduated scale:
- Up to 6,000 pesos: base plus incremental fees.
- 6,000 to 30,000 pesos.
- 30,000 to 100,000 pesos.
- 100,000 to 500,000 pesos.
- Over 500,000 pesos.
Specific Transaction Fee Bases
- Fees for exchanges, hereditary transfers, partitions, subdivisions, conveyances involving multiple parties or properties, mortgages, releases, sales, and leases are calculated based on assessed values, selling prices, or mortgage amounts, depending on the transaction.
- Provisions detail apportioning fees in cases involving multiple properties across different registries or cities.
Fees for Copies, Certifications, and Research
- Fee for furnishing copies of documents: 50 centavos per 100 words or fraction.
- Certification of copies: 5 pesos for the first page and 1 peso for each additional page.
- Certificates showing the existence or non-existence of entries/documents: 5 pesos for up to 200 words with additional fees for longer certificates.
- Research fees for reference or document search services: 2 pesos per document or record.
