Prohibition on Unauthorized Transfer of Rights Prior to Award or Contract

Any occupant or applicant under the Act who transfers rights to the land or improvements before the date of the award or the contract of sale signing will face consequences.
Such unauthorized transfer will be deemed null and void.
The party involved in such an unauthorized transfer will be disqualified from applying for another piece of land — whether agricultural, urban, homesite, or residential lot — from the National Abaca and Other Fibers Corporation.

Effectivity

The amendments made by this Act take effect immediately upon approval on June 19, 1965.
