  • Any occupant or applicant under the Act who transfers rights to the land or improvements before the date of the award or the contract of sale signing will face consequences.
  • Such unauthorized transfer will be deemed null and void.
  • The party involved in such an unauthorized transfer will be disqualified from applying for another piece of land — whether agricultural, urban, homesite, or residential lot — from the National Abaca and Other Fibers Corporation.

Effectivity

  • The amendments made by this Act take effect immediately upon approval on June 19, 1965.
