Enforcement of Mines Safety and Environmental Policies
- DENR must strictly enforce mining safety and environmental policies.
- Compliance with Mining Industry Coordinating Council recommended measures and all pertinent laws, rules, and agreement terms is mandatory.
Legal Provisions on Severability and Repeal
- Invalidity or unconstitutionality of any provision does not affect the validity of other provisions.
- Issuances, rules, or regulations inconsistent with this Order are repealed, amended, or modified.
Effectivity Clause
- The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
