- Graduates of Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation (BSMT) or Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering (BSMarE) programs who complete the MARPOL 73/78 training must have the completion reflected in their Transcript of Records.
- This reflection serves as a prerequisite for their application with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) for the issuance of their Certificate of Competency.
