- "Drugs" include:
- Articles recognized in official pharmacopeias such as the United States Pharmacopeia-National Formulary, Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, or National Drug Formulary and their supplements.
- Articles intended for diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of diseases in humans or animals.
- Articles (excluding food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the human or animal body.
- Components of articles described above, excluding devices or their components, parts, or accessories.
Repeal and Modification of Inconsistent Laws and Regulations
- Any laws, orders, rules, or regulations inconsistent with this Executive Order are repealed or modified accordingly to ensure conformity.
Effectivity
- This Executive Order took effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette, providing a clear timeline for its implementation.
