Mandate for medical service in private schools

Section 2 amends the title of Republic Act No. 124 to: “An Act to require certain private schools, colleges and universities in the Philippines to provide medical and dental service for pupils and students.”
Section 1 applies the medical and dental service requirement to private school, college, or university administrators.
Section 1 requires the covered institutions to provide service for pupils and students enrolled therein.
Section 1 covers institutions with a total enrollment of at least three hundred and one thousand.

Section 1 requires the principal, director and/or president of a covered private school, college, or university to provide a physician and dentist, either part or full time.
Section 1 fixes the effective duty start date for private schools, colleges and universities at July first, nineteen hundred and forty-seven.
