What Proclamation No. 332 changes
- Proclamation No. 332 amends Proclamation No. 295 by changing the beneficiary of the reservation.
- The five (5) parcels of land described in Proclamation No. 295 are reserved for the GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
- The reservation under Proclamation No. 295 previously targeted the UNITED STATES ARMY, and Proclamation No. 332 replaces that designation with the GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Basis and stated representation
- The amendment is made in accordance with the representations of the Embassy of the United States of America and the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines.
- The amendment is carried out through Presidential action to reflect the requested change in the reserved beneficiary.
Land reservation under the amended proclamation
- Proclamation No. 332 concerns the reservation of five (5) parcels of land already described in Proclamation No. 295.
- The amended beneficiary is the GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
- The land reservation remains anchored to the parcels “therein described” in Proclamation No. 295, with the beneficiary designation being the operative change.

- ELPIDIO QUIRINO affixes his signature and causes the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
- The proclamation is executed in Manila.
- It is dated the 4th day of August and references “nineteen hundred and fifty-two” and the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
- Marciano Roque, Acting Executive Secretary, affixes the certification “By the President.”
