Management Powers and Duties of the Administrator
- The Administrator manages the affairs and business of the Authority in line with Board policies and plans.
- The Administrator recommends and establishes the organizational structure with specific functions for each unit upon Board approval.
- The Administrator appoints, with Board approval, officials and employees necessary for the Authority’s functions.
- The Administrator also has the power to remove, suspend, or discipline subordinate personnel for just cause, subject to Board approval.
- The Administrator must submit an annual report to the President within thirty days after the fiscal year ends.
- The Administrator submits periodic activity reports as required.
- The Administrator performs additional duties assigned by the Board.
Repeal and Effectivity
- All prior laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations inconsistent with the amended provisions of this Decree are repealed or amended accordingly.
- The Decree takes effect immediately upon promulgation.
