Legal basis and what it amends
- Section 1 amends Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755 (Under Tricycle Terminals), as amended.

- The ordinance lists the following PSTODA loading and unloading locations:
- Mangga Avenue corner Pina Avenue
- Sociego Street corner Santol Street
- Escoda Street corner Santol Street
- Vallejo Street corner Santol Street
- B. Tuazon Street corner Santol Street
- R.D. Santos Street corner Santol Street
- L. Roces Street corner Santol Street
Effective date rule
- Section 2 provides that Manila City Ordinance No. 8465 shall take effect upon its approval by the Mayor.
- Approval occurs on February 16, 2016, which is the effectivity-trigger date under Section 2.
