  • Anchorage No. 3: Latitude 14° 36' 25.5" North, Longitude 120° 56' 14" East.

Continuity of Other Provisions

  • All other provisions of PPA MC No. 11-96, aside from the amended anchorage locations, remain valid and enforceable.

  • Copies of the amended circular to be furnished to key maritime and port authorities and associations including:
    • Commandant, Philippine Coast Guard
    • Director, Coast & Geodetic Survey Department, NAMRIA
    • President, United Harbor Pilots Association of the Philippines
    • Chief Pilot, Manila Pilots Association
    • Harbor Master, International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI)
    • Presidents of Domestic Shipowners Association, Philippine Interisland Shipping Association, and Association of International Shipping Lines.

Effectivity

  • The circular takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
