Implementation and Dissemination Provisions
- The amendments will take effect 15 days after publication either in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation, whichever comes first.
- The revised syllabi will be used for licensure examinations only after six months from the effectivity date.
- Copies of the amended Resolution will be furnished to:
- Deans of educational institutions offering Nutrition and Dietetics courses.
- Presidents of Accredited and non-Accredited Professional Organizations of Registered Nutritionist-Dietitians.
- These entities are responsible for disseminating the information to concerned individuals and sectors.
Authority and Approval
- The resolution was adopted by the Board on July 1, 1996.
- It bears the signatures of the Board Chairman, Members, the Secretary of Professional Regulatory Boards, and Professional Regulation Commission officials including the Commissioner and Associate Commissioners.
