Implementation and Dissemination Provisions

  • The amendments will take effect 15 days after publication either in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation, whichever comes first.
  • The revised syllabi will be used for licensure examinations only after six months from the effectivity date.
  • Copies of the amended Resolution will be furnished to:
    • Deans of educational institutions offering Nutrition and Dietetics courses.
    • Presidents of Accredited and non-Accredited Professional Organizations of Registered Nutritionist-Dietitians.
    • These entities are responsible for disseminating the information to concerned individuals and sectors.
