- Each Filipino seafarer departing for deployment must present a copy of their processed and POEA-approved employment contract at the Labor Assistance Center, located in international airports.

Integration of Terms in Pre-Departure Orientation
- Manning agencies are instructed to include a comprehensive discussion of the amended standard terms and conditions during the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) or briefing for all employed seafarers.
- This ensures that seafarers are fully aware of their rights and obligations under the amended contract.
Supersession and Repeal of Prior Issuances
- All previous circulars and issuances that conflict with these amended terms and conditions are considered repealed and superseded.
- The circular mandates strict compliance with the new guidelines and terms.
