Exemptions

Hazard pay not granted if absent for more than one full calendar month due to:
- Vacation leave
- Sick leave
- Study leave (with or without pay)
- Maternity/Paternity leave
- Terminal leave
- Full-time attendance in training, scholarships, seminars, or similar activities.

Rules and Regulations

Part-time workers receive half the hazard pay of full-time employees in identical conditions.
Workers detailed full-time or part-time to another agency/office receive hazard pay from their mother agency.
Consultants are excluded from receiving hazard pay.
Workers entitled to multiple hazard pay types may only receive the one most advantageous to them.

Repealing Clause

Annuls all prior issuances conflicting with these guidelines.

Effectivity

The guidelines take effect on July 1, 2006.
