Facilities, programs, and management system
- Section 2 requires the Province of Cavite and the Municipality of Alfonso, in coordination with the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), to take necessary steps to upgrade, improve, and modernize existing facilities, equipment, and personnel for integration into the Academy.
